What is heroin?
Heroin is an opiate. Opiates are made from opium, a white liquid in the poppy plant. They're also referred to as narcotics. Maybe you've heard of drugs called heroin, morphine or codeine. Beware heroin by definition always refers to the street drug rather than the pure form morphine. Thus by definition there is no such thing as pure heroin, it doesn't exist.
