Ecstasy creates a slight anxiety, then a rise in blood prssure, increase heart beat rythm, and a contraction of the jaws, (contraction of jaws effect is more intense with speed in the pill.). The skin becomes moist "moite", the mouth dries. This is followed by a dilatation of the eyes' pupil.
The effect from one tablet may last from 3 to 6 hours.
In high doses, MDMA can interfere with body's ability to regulate temperature. This can lead to a sharp increase in body temperature (hyperthermia), resulting in liver, kidney, n cardiovascular system failure.
MDMA Users face many of the same risks: increases in heart rate and blood pressure, a special risk for people with circulatory problems or heart disease, and muscle tension, involuntary teeth clenching, nausea, blurred vision, faintness, and chills or sweating.
The user is alert, and in tune with his environment, full of energy he can not really stay in place.
